Tracy Ettinghoff
Tracy Ettinghoff has been practicing
law in Orange County since 1985. He graduated from the University
of California at Santa Barbara in 1976. He earned his J.D. Degree
from the Santa Barbara College of Law in 1984.
After working for several insurance
defense firms doing litigation, and insurance coverage analysis,
he went to work at a medium size firm that specialized in
Homeowner Association Law. He worked for five years as an
associate and then opened his own practice in 1993.
Mr. Ettinghoff is licensed as a
California Real Estate Broker and an attorney. He handles
litigation, trials, transactional matters, foreclosures, and all
aspects of cases involving real estate. Mr. Ettinghoff is a member
of the American Bar Association, Orange County Bar Association,
and the Community Association Institute.
Barbara L. Swift
Barbara L. Swift was admitted to
practice in 1980 following receipt of her Bachelors of Arts
degree in 1975 from the University of California, Santa Barbara
and Juris Doctorate degree from Western State University College
of Law in San Diego in 1980. Ms. Swift launched her real estate
career as claims counsel with a major title insurance company
gaining broad experience in insurance coverage issues relating to
a wide variety of real estate and title matters. She negotiated
hundreds of claims involving real property throughout Southern
California before entering private practice in Orange County in
1987. She is licensed as a California Real Estate Broker and is a
member of the Orange County Bar Association,Real Estate Section,
the California Association of Realtors, and the National
Association of Realtors.
