Unfortunately in our society, there are many times when people do not see eye to eye and they are unable to resolve their disputes without assistance from the courts. Our legal system requires certain types of disputes to be handled by Alternative Dispute Resolution, "ADR"(Arbitration, or Mediation) if the parties agree in their contract to do this, and before enforcing CC&Rs in common interest developments, the parties are required to attempt to resolve their disputes with ADR before filing suit, with certain exceptions.
If you are unable to resolve your dispute using Alternative Dispute Resolution, or if you would prefer to file your claim in court, The Law office of Tracy Ettinghoff can handle your case from start to finish. Mr. Ettinghoff has extensive trial experience in Superior, and Municipal courts, and can handle appeals as well. Litigation tends to be fairly expensive and it takes approximately one year for Superior Court cases to go to trial, so cases must be selected carefully for this remedy.
